Refund policy

Returns are free and acceptable within 10 days of delivery. To return your item just email us at info@arion-jewelry.com within 10 days and mention you want to return your item. A shipping label will be provided, and a full refund will be issued minus return shipping costs once the item will arrive safely and inspected by our staff.

The package should be returned including all items that were received. Any use of any item in the package is forbidden for the return to take place. If an item (the jewel itself or any other item) was used in any way, the return request will be reviewed. ARION JEWELRY reserve the right to refuse the return request or, if acceptable, charge the client for any use of any product.
