Refund policy

At ARION JEWELRY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please email us at info@arion-jewelry.com within the 14-day window, mentioning your order number and request.
• We will provide you with a return shipping label.
• Return Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the return shipping costs, once the item arrives safely and is inspected by our staff.

2. Item Condition

• To be eligible for a return, the package must be returned in its original condition, including all items, packaging, and certificates received.
• Items must be completely unworn and undamaged. Any signs of wear or use will void the standard return. If an item has been used in any way, the return request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. ARION JEWELRY reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a fee for any use or depreciation of the product.

3. Size Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges for our jewelry pieces.
• Please note that exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees and potential price adjustments depending on the specific item and required size. The exact cost will be determined and communicated to you upon your exchange request.

4. Order Cancellations

• Before Production: If you wish to cancel your order before production has begun, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction value will be deducted from your refund.
• After Delivery: Cancellations made after the item has been delivered will be treated as a standard return and will be subject to the deduction of all shipping costs (both original and return shipping), provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition within the 14-day period.
