Do you ship worldwide?

We do ship worldwide. however, there are some countries our courier does not enter.

We do not ship to P.O boxes.

Please note that some international shipments may be liable for additional customs fees and taxes. In all cases, we will issue the necessary paperwork to ensure the parcel is cleared from customs, although any additional charge will be the buyer’s responsibility.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders apart from custom designed products will be shipped within 10-14 business days.

Once it ships, your parcel should arrive within 3-6 business days.

Do you have any gifting options available?

Yes we do! Feel free to contact us for any packaging or gifting requests and we will be happy to help.

Processing and Shipping – Most of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 10-14 business days to complete the making of your piece. Once it is ready, we will produce a shipping label with either FedEx or DHL . You will have the tracking number immediately. Once fedEx or DHL will pick-up your package, they will deliver it within 3-6 business days to most parts of the world.

All shipments are the quickest FedEx or DHL has to offer.

USA customers may need to fill the 5106 form stating to their local customs that they were the ones to make the order. It takes only 2 minutes to fill. You can download the from from here>> and find instructions here>>

Additional Fees and Charges – ARION JEWELRY is not responsible in any way for Customs charges / import Fees. Please note that ARION JEWELRY is unable to guarantee delivery for international orders due to customs procedures and other formalities beyond our control.
