Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer premium worldwide shipping. However, due to courier restrictions, we are unable to ship to a limited number of countries and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most of our jewelry pieces are meticulously made-to-order. Your order timeframe consists of two stages:
- Processing & Production: Please allow 10–14 business days for us to craft your piece (excluding custom-designed items, which may require additional time).
- Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via the fastest available services from FedEx or DHL. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days to most destinations worldwide. You will receive a tracking number immediately upon shipment.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
- International Taxes: Some international shipments may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes. ARION JEWELRY is not responsible for these charges; all additional fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs Documentation: We provide all necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth customs clearance process. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for international orders if delays occur due to local customs procedures beyond our control.
- Important Note for US Customers: Depending on the value of the shipment, US customs may require you to fill out Form 5106 to verify the import. This is a standard procedure that takes only 2 minutes. You can use the links provided at the bottom of this document to download the form and view instructions.
